I read all the excellent reviews on google about RepairAll and I decided the next time I was in Turlock that I was going to drop by. Well I definitely was not at all disappointed. I asked Jacob if he would be able to replace the battery on my iPhone XR and he told me no problem. He gave me the price for both the battery and labor for the repair and told me it would be ready in an hour. When i came back to pickup my phone Jacob apologized and told me it would be a few more minutes to be ready. He also explained to me that he had found moisture in my iPhone. Jacob was very polite and a true professional and I would give 10 stars if I could. Again I was really impressed that he would even apologize for just a few more minutes wait. Now I can see why your place gets such excellent reviews!!!read more

Every time I have gone to RepairAll it has been a great experience. The people there are always so nice and so cheerful. 2 months ago I broke my laptop so I brought it to RepairAll. When I got there I received a warm welcome and they got me taken care of. The company I got the laptop from wanted $2000 to fix it. Which is the same price as the laptop btw! When I showed them the laptop they said they could fix it for $190 which is amazing!!! Very awesome crew! Helped my grandpa out with his broken screen on a Galaxy S5 active. Thought the repair would tell me that they don't have it but to my surprise they did and for $160. Unfortunately I had dropped my phone and cracked the screen in multiple spots. I need my phone for work so I had to replace immediately. Went to are local phone carrier and dropped nine hundred bucks on a new phone to get back up and running. As I walked out the door a gentleman was kind enough to tell me about repair all. It was actually right across the street from where I was. So I walked over and showed them my phone. The employee looked at it and said no problem can fix it in about an hour and cost 250.00 dollars. So I left it there and sure enough they repaired it like brand new. Now I have a back up phone for just in case moments. I do wished the gentleman had of spoken up a little sooner but that's ok. This is the second time I’ve gone to the repair store. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an iPhone 6 screen repair (both times). Each time the staff was extremely friendly and professional and got the job done fast. The young man who helped me today honestly deserves a raise- I heard him tell another customer he would make more time in his day to finish his repair even if it was past store hours.
