I went to Repair All to replace a battery (March 2023) in my Samsung Tablet. I spoke with the technician, explained issue, and paid a deposit to order battery. Once battery arrived, I was called to bring in tablet (1 week total wait time from order to install). Ajay replaced my battery the same day I brought in. Tablet looks fine and battery is working as it should. All very easy and I recommend Repair All.Update October 2023: The battery started discharging power while tablet was turned off. I contacted Repair All and spoke to Juan. He asked me to bring in, he would check it, and speak to his superior as batteries only have a 3-month warranty. He kept overnight and did a cursory look at the tablet. I came in to see what they thought; he said that they wanted to order another battery and install, then they could see if that was the problem. He could not tell me how much that would cost until after they replaced the battery. I told Juan that without knowing the cost, I could not go forward. All Juan could say is that he would try to keep the amount as low as possible. Since I paid about $140 (labor + battery) for the first install, I decided not to pay an unknown amount of money. I found this to be a strange business practice and dishonest.read more
