Great service! Friendly,knowledgeable, and competent staff.My phone screen cracked from a drop and went black, lost all touch functions as well. Had insurance to replace the phone , but couldn't transfer data to new phone. Cloud restored most but I hadn't backed up for a while. Also needed to wipe the broken phone before sending it back.They installed a temporary screen, transfered all my data, and wiped my old phone! Very reasonable on the price for the work performed.read more

I went here to get a friend's phone repaired. He had broken the screen the day before while moving all his possessions into storage. He was leaving for a trip home on a plane later that day. Was referred here by another Apple Registered store to see if I could get phone fixed more affordably.He did give me price options using certified Apple replacement or cheaper quality and was honest with his repair description and timeline.Sadly it’s weeks before Christmas so I couldn’t afford this fix right now but once the holiday season is over, I plan on taking my phone there to be fixed.read more
