Jacob at RepairALL Lodi, CA location was very knowledgeable and helpful when I took my son’s iPhone SE 3rd generation. Jacob told me there were a few things that could be wrong with the phone and gave me an estimate on the spot. I agreed to have him take a look at it and he told me to give him 30 minutes for him to properly diagnose my son’s phone issue. I left the phone with him to run a quick errand and came back within 30 minutes.When I returned, I was amazed to see that he had the phone turned on. He told me that the battery was the issue and it needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repair and the phone was ready in 5 minutes.I was worried at first because I thought he would have to order parts and I would have to wait to get my son’s phone back. I never imagined that we would have the phone back so quickly.To top it off I was given guarantee on the repair.I went into RepairALL on a Thursday at 5pm and walked out with the phone repaired all within that hour. I called because my screen was cracked. I have a screen protector but it looked as though the screen not the protector was damaged. Juan was great! I told him I thought my iPhone charging port was dirty. He agreed, but then he realized that my phone wasn’t holding a charge. He then suggested that the battery needs repair/replacement. I went ahead and did that and now my phone works good as new. The best part is that it only took 30 minutes. It probably took less than that but I went ahead and continued on with my other errands. Granted I went when it was just opening on a Monday and it was slow, so that probably made things faster, but I’m sure even if it’s busy they’ll give you a quick turnaround time. Even though the total came out higher than estimate, Nathan was understanding about my annoyance and did what he could to make good on the total cost. instead of having me just buy a new speaker they tried fixing the speaker right infront of me and cleaned what was dirty and had me try a call to there store which was alot better but still had a crackly sound he tried again and it was probably as close as could be and i feel would have worked because i brought my iphone in to get worked on because i could not make out what some one was saying when on a call with someone. i chose to buy a new speaker but i beleave what they did fixing did fix the problem so nathan installed the new speaker and had me call someone and it worked great thanks again nathanread more

Most recently I was in with a waterlogged phone that turned into buying a refurbished phone while they attempt to revive my drowned one. I went in for a new screen on my iPhone because it had cracked. I called ahead of time and spoke with Carl. He said he could get me in if I got there within the hour so I hurried up and made my way over. Carl greeted me and and started working on my phone right away. He ended up replacing my battery as well as the screen. He was very efficient and had it done within a half hour. I never considered replacing components on my phone before now, but Carl made me realize that I can increase the life of my phone by maintaining it. This place gave me service above and beyond what I expected. I had an old phone that wouldn't charge the battery. I needed to recover data, so I asked them to charge the non-user serviceable battery enough to pull data. When I picked it up they had fixed the phone so it would charge like new, and charged the battery. All for the same price, the shop minimum: a reasonable $25. I'd long ago replaced the phone, but now I have a spare and I can access the data beyond only one charge of the battery. I'm so happy to have a place this good in Lodi. Not having to drive to Stockton or Sacramento is a big plus. I've already told many of my colleagues about the place. Highly recommended. 5+ stars.read more
