Albert is great and knows what he’s doing. We had taken our phone to another place through the insurance and they said the issue couldn’t be fixed because it was the motherboard. I called Albert and he pretty much diagnosed it over the phone. Told me they could definitely take care of it and DID! This is the first time ive taken my iphone for a repair somewhere other than apple and it was a great experience. Albert is super friendly and personable and really went above and beyond to making sure he troubleshooted everything wrong with my phone and fixed it at a reasonable price. He also tested it a few times to make sure it was working great and didnt want to charge me until after he made sure he could fix my phone. He got my screen replaced and my motherboard repaired in less than an hour. He also got me in right away so I didnt have to wait to make an appointment at Apple instead and spend hundereds of more dollars. Saved the day!! Had issues with iPhone screen touch not working properly and letters when texting not able to use them 😬. I have to say that my dealings with Albert at Repair All in Vallejo were extremely wonderful. I emailed the business around 8:30 AM and heard back within 15 minutes. After setting an appointment to replace a charging port in my iPhone, I drove from out of town and met with Albert. My wife purchased the State of the art Apple Ipad 3k later between extra memory, graphic Design and additional warranty $$$ In 2021.. 2 years later the state of the Art IPad took a turn for the worst:((( It stop charging:(( So my wife went to Apple to identify the issue. Reluctantly enter in the shop I ask the question , Do you repair apple products? He said yes.. What seems to be the issue at hand? I said it’s not holding charge. George examine the problem and clean the charger port and walla my IPad was charging and maximum voltage!!! He said to be on the safe side let it fully charge.. I said that’s fine for I have to run some errands and I’ll be back. 1hr later I returned self talking to myself saying, Here we go$$$$ He said your iPad is find and all it needed was a cleaning periodically in that input porting area. Really!!!! My God!!!! I’ve finally found a honest and upstanding Business!! So on that Note and my experience I recommend George’s Repair Shop in The Target Placer in Vallejo!!! I assure you !!!! The customer service is the best! Fast and friendlyI came here to buy a new charger for my IPhone after storming out of Best Buy because the customer service was so horrible! The ladies at RepairAll took care of me though. I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello and was pointed to the direction of the chargers immediately. When it was time for me to check out, Claudia made sure the charger I picked was the correct one, asking what version IPhone I had, and she looked the phone over to make sure what I picked was correct. It wasn’t!! But Claudia got me all the way together! I would have gone home and been totally frustrated if not for her asking questions and making an extra effort.
